1. Service Presentation

WealthConference is an educational and networking hub dedicated to major investors. Our services include, but are not limited to: organizing conferences, providing educational courses (including on family governance, asset portfolio diversification, and external investment audit), and facilitating networking connections. All services are presented accurately and without deceptive promises.

2. Rights and Obligations

WealthConference's Obligations:

• Providing educational and networking services as per the offered description.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of information provided by users.
• Ensuring a professional and safe environment for all participants.

User's Obligations:

• Providing correct and complete information upon registration.
• Respecting the code of conduct and the confidentiality of other participants.
• Paying in full the fees for the chosen services, according to the issued invoice.

3. Limitation of Liability

WealthConference is not liable for:

• Financial losses or investment decisions made by users based on information presented within our services. The content is educational and informative in nature.
• Temporary technical interruptions or delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.
• The content or actions of third parties (e.g., guest speakers, partners) who are not direct employees of WealthConference.

4. Financial Terms and Refunds

All fees for conferences and courses are clearly presented before registration confirmation. Payment is due within the term specified on the invoice. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Cancellation at least 30 calendar days before the event: full refund.
• Cancellation between 30 and 14 days before the event: 50% refund.
• Cancellation less than 14 days before the event: no refund granted.

Changes to package prices or structure will be communicated in advance to existing users.

5. Termination of Use

WealthConference reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's access to services, without prior notice, in case of violation of these terms, abusive behavior, or non-payment. The user may cease using the services at any time, according to the refund conditions mentioned above.

6. Modification of Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically to reflect changes in services or regulations. The updated version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the services after the changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to check this page periodically.
